At The Drink Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and undamaged beverages. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or consumed.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and within 30 days of the delivery date.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your bottles or cans with adequate padding and attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the box.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
