Paranubes Rum

Hailing from the mountainous Oaxaca region of Mexico, Paranubes Rum is an exceptional spirit crafted from sugarcane juice nurtured in the rich, pesticide-free soils of master distiller Jose Luis Carrera's farm. The fresh-pressed cane undergoes wild fermentation, resulting in a distinctive sipping rum that excels served neat over ice and promises to be superb in Daiquiris and punches as well. On the palate, it presents a silky smooth texture with subtle notes of mint and apricot, fresh cane juice, and a pure sugar sweetness, all underpinned by mildly grassy flavours.
