Aberfeldy 15 Year Old - Cadillac White Wine Cask Finish

Presenting a limited-edition Aberfeldy Scotch whisky, initially matured in a combination of refill casks before undergoing a six-month finishing period in Cadillac Wine Casks. These barrels were sourced from a 40-hectare estate practising sustainable agriculture in Entre-deux-Mers, Gironde, located just south of Bordeaux. The terroir of the Cadillac AOC, characterised by an oceanic climate, steep slopes, sunny, south-facing aspect, and lime-rich, gravelly soils, is renowned for producing sweet, aromatic wines.
